A Tribute To Silent Fighter
I have patiently smiled
When nights are short
And days stretched
Yet on a fussy night
Hearing of fussy mourns
Annoyance creeps
But I remember her
The patience she had throughout his life...
I have not met her
Yet it reminds me of her
Making me feel ashamed
For my lack of patience
When I feel exhausted and moody
To go out and enjoy for a little while
He crosses my mind with the beauty of his taste
I pick my camera and join my family
Click on everything I see
Admiring and appreciating
Forgetting all the troubles in my mind
When I find short comings
And begin to complain
Suddenly I am reminded of him
The blood sucking insects and creatures
Bit his toes and hurt him giving pain
All he did was pleading Allah
To change the creature's direction
His words echo in my mind
"the most helpless moments"
Yet he smiled to us each day
Reading his poems
Made me question again and again
How united his family is?
A caring brother until his last breath
A mother without complains
A father with immense courage
Surpassing all
A person with high spiritual value
No words to say how much you inspire me
Brother, here I am
Saluting you and your family
For who you are..
A Tribute To Silent Fighter
By S.Lubna
Look beyond what you see
For beyond the horizon, lies a world of exceptional possibilities
He seemed natural
With a smile to greet everyday
When we cried for a new ball
He made one out of clay
He was moulded like us
But Allah composed him exceptional
He rode bicycle with a group
Remote sight, to seem usual
The time flew swift
And days added to past
But his way of perception
Was a thing in me to last
When we believed our sight
He believed his Creator's plot
No signs did we complain when
In every act, a blessing he sought
He was a child of life
And now a man of gratitude
When life offered us choices
Destined was he for solitude
Yet he thanked Allah
For his creation, in His service
When the world called him wanted
He eloped in a phenomenal bliss
He seemed, but wasn't like us
A personality of possibility
Gifted vile, but grateful in abundance
An inspirational vanity
(Dear brother Irfan
I know this ode isn't enough
For life is smooth for us
For the fighter, a journey rough
But believe me, my inspiration
You have blessed your power in us
For every breath to be thankful for
And in Allah to maintain trust
Allah will reward the silent fighter
With an easy Aakhirah inshallah
''With every hardship comes ease''
Is the promise of Almighty Allah)
So oh believer!
Don't judge a book by its cover
Look beyond what you see
For beyond the horizon, lies a world of exceptional possibilities..
Not everyone can accept
The life as it is
Only one in thousand does
Oh brother! You are in that thousand!
Not every soul can bear
The pain that life gives
Only one in thousand does
Oh brother! You are in that thousand!
Not every person can face
The challenges life gives
Only one in thousand does
Oh brother! You are in that thousand!
Not every people has the talent
To live without complains
Only one in thousand does
Oh brother! You are in that thousand!
Not every man can be patient
To go through the tests of Allah
Only one in thousand does
Oh brother Irfan! You are in that thousand!
Allah does not give
Problems to a soul
Than it can bear
You are a role model for complainers!
Oh brother Irfan!
You remind us the blessings
That our Lord hath given us
May Allah bless you...
The True Lie of Life
By L. Zumri Mohammed
A tribute to my beloved SILENT FIGHTER
My computer transfer neither my prayers nor my tears but they will always be there for you, Irfan Hafiz.
I learnt the true lie of life,
Thanks to a Soul.
And the beholder of all souls.
Physics has proven to be wrong,
Survival is not only of the fittest,
To serve is to survive.
Life is lost,
Not when we fall,
But when we fail to rise.
Not all we have is strength,
But what we had,
And what we don’t.
Victory is not all the gains,
It includes even pains,
Even stains.
The measure of success is,
Not how high we stand,
But the depth we fall.
Not all struggles are aggressive
Some are silent.
Some are silent fighters.

No Body Is Perfect
by Shaira Iqbal
Honouring all the Silent Fighters around the world, every creation of Allah is beautiful, unique and very special.
No body is perfect
everyone deserves respect
differences are created by our lord
perfection belongs to Allah, the one and only god
In colours, races, and abilities
we see many dissimilarities
Remember!! more we are capable
more we are accountable
being less abled
doesn't mean "dis abled"
another form of blessing it is
so to your worries put a cease
Always leave a smile
even on your sad face
then you can walk miles
when victory comes to chase
Endure great pains
for no pains no gains
whatever the obstacles come your way
do not give up or never say Nay!
He walks
By Shaazlah Hafreth

He sails
Through life
Dancing on the lip of ambition
Holding his hands out to others
Helping them to climb up to his level
He sails
He sings
Through his pain
Humming out the words of his Lord
His aura shining like a beacon to lost souls
Helping them find their way
He sings
He smiles
Through all his burdens
Even when what appears to be a cinch for us
Is magnified hundredfold for him
Helping him to remember his Lord more often
He smiles
He walks
Through life
Leaving behind an illuminated path
He runs not and sometimes he does stumble
Helping others to silently understand
How he walks not with his legs and yet is able to make an impressive stand.
